By using LOCKR Sports you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

About LOCKR Sports

LOCKR Sports is a social sports pick'em and skill-based contest platform. We are not a sportsbook — we do not offer betting lines, odds, or wagering against the house. The core pick'em experience is free to use. We also offer optional paid skill-based contest pools (challenges and bracket pools) where participants compete based on pick accuracy and points earned.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a LOCKR Sports account. To participate in any paid contest pool (challenges or bracket pools with entry fees), you must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based paid contests are lawful. By registering you confirm that you meet the applicable requirements.

Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Post abusive, harassing, or hateful content in group chats or the social feed.
• Attempt to manipulate pick outcomes, leaderboards, or other platform features.
• Scrape or copy the platform's data without our written permission.

Skill-Based Contests & Paid Pools

LOCKR Sports offers optional paid entry contests (challenges and bracket pools). These contests are skill-based: winners are determined by pick accuracy and points earned, not by chance. Entry fees, prize structures, and rake (a platform service fee retained to operate the platform) are disclosed within each contest before you enter. By entering a paid contest you confirm you are 18 or older and that participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Paid contests are distinct from gambling. LOCKR Sports does not offer odds, betting lines, or wagers against the house. We do not partner with any licensed sportsbook. LOCKR Sports strongly recommends consulting a qualified legal professional if you are uncertain whether participation is lawful where you live. We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your participation in jurisdictions where skill-based paid contests are restricted.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on LOCKR Sports is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our permission.

Disclaimers

LOCKR Sports is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding uptime, pick resolution accuracy, or score data timeliness. Live scores and odds data are sourced from third parties and may occasionally be delayed or incorrect.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOCKR Sports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
